BTRC's one-day program, Performance Management, uses Ken Blanchards Situational Leadership II (SLII)¸ model as its foundation. This program focuses on:
The program enables managers to determine employee performance management requirements (development levels) by assessing employee competence (knowledge and skills) and commitment (motivation and confidence). The program further guides managers to use a range of leadership styles in order to accommodate varying levels of employee competence and commitment.
