Encouraging Employee Involvement

BTRC's half-day program, Encouraging Employee Involvement, helps managers create workplace environments that promote employee involvement and encourage the free flow of ideas.

The training video, Groupthink, is used to introduce a "worst case scenario" when work environments are ladened with behaviors that discourage employee input or honest and open discussion.

The program goes on to train mangers on the use of involvement skills and activities that include:
